Eurosport Run for Mental Wellbeing – 4th November

In collaboration with ACAMH Malta and Mental Health Malta, Pembroke Athleta is presenting the “Eurosport Run for Mental Wellbeing”.

This road running event aims to promote the importance of physical activity for mental health. Mental disorders are of major public health significance. Various studies claim that physical activity has positive effects on mental health in both clinical and nonclinical populations. So join us for this fun event and take part in one of the below races:

  • 5 Km Run for Autism
  • 10 Km John Walsh Memorial Race
  • 5 Km Run for ADHD
  • 1.2 Km Children’s Fun Run

Awards:

10 Km Race trophies
  • First 5 Men finishers
  • First 5 Women finishers
  • First 3 Men and First 3 Women finishers will also receive €100,  €70 & €50 GARMIN vouchers respectively.
  • 1st Men and 1st Women Health Staff
  • 1st  O/35, O/40, O/45, O/50, O/55, O/60, O/65, O/70, Masters Men and Women.

A Joluvi technical running vest will be given to all 10 km runners.

The presentation ceremony will be held at 11am at Mount Carmel Hospital on race day.

 

Medals

A medal will be given to all participants in the 10km, 5km run, 5km walk and the 1.2km Family fun run.

Goodie Bag

A goodie bag will be given to all applicants in the 10km, 5km run, 5km walk and the 1.2km Family fun run.
