01. Policy for the Submission and Rectification of National Records to Athletics Malta (Date: 01/01/2020)
This policy sets out the internal procedure adopted by Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club for the submission and rectification of National Records to Athletics Malta (AM). It aims to ensure that all National Record performances identified by the Club are submitted in a consistent, transparent, and timely manner and in full compliance with the latest World Athletics (WA) Rules.
02. U18 Registration, Consent, and Conduct Policy (Date: 01/01/2020)
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that all athletes under the age of 18 who register with Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club, and their parents or legal guardians, clearly understand their rights, responsibilities, and obligations. This policy establishes rules regarding participation, conduct, medical clearance, fees, liability, media consent, and mandatory competition support, promoting fairness, safety, and sportsmanship across all Club activities.
03. Over-18 Athlete Membership Policy (Date: 01/01/2020)
1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to clearly define the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of athletes aged 18 years and over who register with Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club. It covers participation, conduct, medical clearance, fees, liability, media consent, and mandatory competition support, ensuring fairness, safety, and compliance with Athletics Malta regulations.
04. Aquatics Medical Disclosure and Exercise Guidance Policy (Date: 01/01/2025)
The purpose of this policy is to safeguard the health and safety of all swimmers participating in the aquatics programme at Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club. It ensures that athletes and coaches are aware of relevant medical conditions and that exercise participation is conducted safely and responsibly.
05. Best Practices in Maltese Sport Guidance by AiMS (Date: 01/01/2026)
This Guidance has been issued by the Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport (AiMS) as a best practice safeguarding document on the 30th of June
2026. The Guidance shall be reviewed periodically and in any event no later than two (2) years from the date of issue, or earlier should legislative,
regulatory or safeguarding developments so require.
06. Reporting Integrity Concerns Policy (Date: 30/06/2026)
The purpose of this policy is to establish the principles, responsibilities, and procedures for promoting integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct within Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club. It outlines the Club's commitment to preventing and addressing misconduct, including competition manipulation, betting-related corruption, doping, fraud, conflicts of interest, bribery, and other breaches of integrity, while defining reporting procedures, confidentiality requirements, and the actions to be taken when integrity concerns arise.

07. Safeguarding Policy (Date: 30/06/2026)
The purpose of this policy is to establish the principles, responsibilities, and procedures for safeguarding children, young persons, and vulnerable persons involved with Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club. It outlines the Club’s commitment to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, while defining reporting procedures, confidentiality requirements, and the actions to be taken when safeguarding concerns arise.
