REGISTRATION OF ATHLETES
As agreed with Athletics Malta, this Year’s Meeting will be run on Opentrack.
It is therefore required that any athletes who have already started to, or intend to take part in any of the local competitions being run on opentrack, (Including those organised by Athletics Malta), to have their A.M. Athletes Licence for 2025-26, renewed by not later than Monday 8th December 2025, if this has not already been done by the athlete or by his/her respective club.
For the sake of clarification, athletes who are taking part in the A.M. Multi Events Meetings have already had their licence renewed and have been allocated a BIB No. which they will also make use of for the Joe Gerada Memorial Meeting on 13th December 2025, and will continue to use for the rest of the season.
Any athletes who by the date of the Joe Gerada Memorial Meeting, would not have participated in any A.M organised meeting are therefore to have their A.M. Athletes Licence renewed and will be allocated a Bib No. which they will retain for the rest of the A.M. Competitions for the 2025-26 season.
This facilitates the possibility for All Performance Data Records to be available on the Athlete’s Profile on Opentrack.
All entries are to be submitted by the Respective Clubs and not by individual athletes..
Hence the importance for Clubs, to list ALL THE REQUESTED DETAILS (Including the athlete's A.M. ID No. and Season 2025-26 Bib No) on the Club Registration Form being provided for this Meeting.
The Club Registration Forms are to be sent in Excel Format to Pembrokeathleta@gmail.com and copied to ATHLETICS MALTA.
