Join us for a Duathlon junior fun event run - bike - run at Pembroke Natura 2000 Park and bring you family and friends along for an afternoon of fun, sport and nature.

We are pleased to announce that during the event we shall also be organizing a fun obstacle course, which will include:

• A beam

• Cardboard tunnel

• Carboard Hurdles

• Zig-Zag around cardboard cubes

• Hoola Loops

• Crawl under a net

• Short-run between obstacles

• Looping

This will be held right after the Duathlon.
