On Sunday 29th November the Malta Amateur Athletic Association will organize the second competition in the series of five races known as the MAAA 2015-2016 Cross Country League for Kids, Cadets and Youths. This event is associated with the MCCF L-Istrina – ‘Solidarity through Sports’ Campaign 2015. For this reason, in addition to the regular events on the timetable the MAAA will also hold a 1Km Fun Run for Parents of runners taking part in any of the events being organised for young athletes on the day. The timetable will also include a run for Intermediate runners which will be combined with the Youths event.
The races will be held on the grass area around the Marsa Athletic Track and the adjacent training grounds.
The fun-runs are non-competitive runs and no results will be issued. Each runner is kindly requested to make a donation to the MCCF L-Istrina – ‘Solidarity through Sports’ Campaign 2015. On the day there will be MCCF Collection Boxes for runners to make their donation.
