Eurosport & Enemed Run for Mental Wellbeing – 9th Edition

“There is no health without mental health.”

The 9th Edition of the Eurosport & Enemed Run for Mental Wellbeing has officially come to a close, and what a day it was! Organised by Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club in collaboration with the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH Malta), this year’s event saw nearly 800 participants coming together to celebrate the powerful link between physical activity and mental wellness.

Set against a stunning seaside backdrop, the event was filled with energy, smiles, and community spirit. From seasoned runners to first-time participants, families, children on scooters, and even a few dogs trotting happily alongside — everyone came together to support the cause of mental health awareness.

💚 A Message Beyond the Finish Line

Beyond competition, this event reminded everyone of the importance of kindness, empathy, and connection. From helpful residents offering sunblock and water to volunteers cheering on runners, every act of support reflected the event’s mission: promoting mental wellbeing through movement.

Our Healthy Body, Healthy Mind campaign with ACAMH highlights that regular exercise, fresh air, and social connection are key pillars of good mental health. Whether it’s a short walk, a jog by the sea, or time spent with loved ones — small steps can make a big difference.
