It was a another memorable day for Joanna, on the Ladies Clubs’ League 2nd Day. Perhaps encouraged by the presence of Ms. Jenny Hickey Pace, a former National Senior Javelin record holder, Joanna has for the second time broken the distance record by over three meters. This time it measured a distance of 39.66m, as one of the photos shows. Coached by Genc Dapi, our throwing event Club Coach, Joanna expressed her satisfaction that she has almost reached her target of a 40m throw. Good luck Joanna, your capabilities are well beyond your 40m mark!
