Please be informed that the Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Season 2024-25 will be held as follows:
📅 Date: Sunday, 19th October 2025
📍 Venue: Pembroke Athleta Club House, Ivy House, Tunis Road, Pembroke
🕥 Time: 10:30 a.m.
📝 Meeting Overview
All club members are strongly encouraged to attend this important annual meeting, during which key information and reports related to the Club’s activities over the past year will be presented and discussed.
In addition to the normal AGM procedures, and in accordance with the Club’s Statute, a new Committee will be elected to manage the Club for Seasons 2025-26 and 2026-27.
👥 Committee Elections
The Club is always seeking members who have the enthusiasm, commitment, and dedication to contribute actively and loyally towards the effective management of the largest and most successful athletics club on the islands.
We therefore invite individuals who meet these criteria to submit their nomination for election to the Club’s Committee for the next two (2) years.
As per the Club’s Statute, Club Member Athletes also have the option to nominate their representative to sit on the Committee for the coming term.
