The National Team Selection for the inaugural international event – the U 16 European Sprint Festival has started their journey. Our club Pembroke Athleta is proud of our sprinting star Alessia Cristina for being the female representative for Team Malta at this event. The athletes are scheduled to race their heats on Saturday, and finals on Sunday morning. Our committee member and M.A.A.A. official, Rita Sare’, is accompanying the Maltese sprinters at this event.
