The 9th Edition of the Eurosport & Enemed Run for Mental Wellbeing has officially come to a close, and what a day it was! Organised by Pembroke Athleta Athletics & Triathlon Club in collaboration with the Association for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (ACAMH Malta), this year’s event saw nearly 800 participants coming together to celebrate the powerful link between physical activity and mental wellness.

Last Sunday, Pembroke Athleta Athletics Club  held its Annual General Meeting (AGM)  at the Club premises. Members came together to review the past year, discuss upcoming events, and plan for the future of the club. The AGM also included the election of committee members for the next two years as stipulated by the statue. Pembroke Athleta athletes have once again confirmed their dominance on the Maltese athletics scene, with an outstanding 30 athletes  collectively claiming 40 national athletics awards  for 2025. The top honours go to Gina McNamara  and Jared Micallef , who have been crowned Female and Male Athletes of the Year  respectively. The awards will be presented at the end of November.
